[ANIPLEX+ Exclusive] PROMARE Puppet Charm Lio Fotia

These two reviews are going to be a bit similar. I did not expect to actually buy this and the other one too. Not gonna lie, I find them pretty ugly but I think that's part of their charm to me honestly. It is actually a puppet, I'm not kidding, I bought them to hang on my bag or belt or something, I just thought it was called a puppet charm because it was small, you can put your finger up there and move its head. I don't think I will ever be able to replicate that laugh I let out while finding this out again. It's polyester, the ball-chain is iron. Surprisingly detailed, even if simplified; has his jabot, three of his belts around his waist, that punk bumper thing on his shoulder with two of the four ropes (or whatever it is supposed to be) being actual threads, only two of his belts on each leg but they did put his biker kneepad on it. The back of his hair has 1 extra layer, probably to make it look fluffier. Actually has his earring this time, go figure. There is absolutely no reason for this to exist and that brings me such an otherworldly joy. Who designed this. Why.
