Opus 12 [SHM-CD]Jay ChougoodI love this Japanese SHM-CD version of Opus 12 by Jay Chou. The sound quality is much cleaner thanks to the SHM-CD format. The package comes with a DVD containing wonderful MVs and extra making-of clips. All items were carefully packed and nothing got damaged during delivery. It is a precious classic record, and I am very happy to add it to my collection. Great purchase!

Collector's Club Live At Fukuoka Yubin Chokin Kaikan, Fukuoka, Japan (October 11, 2000)King CrimsonFuturistic Sonic Fury in FukuokaThis album is a masterclass in tight musicianship and uncompromising sonic power. The audio quality is remarkably dense and hard-hitting. The industrial weight of The ConstruKction of Light material feels even more ferocious and organic on this stage than it did in the studio. A particular highlight is the intense collective improvisation, pushing the boundaries into dark, heavy, and experimental territories. It is an essential live artifact that perfectly encapsulates the futuristic and heavy era of early 2000s King Crimson.

Collector's Club Live At Izumi T-21, Sendai, Japan (October 13, 2000)King CrimsonCrystalline audio clarityThe Sendai gig captures the band right before their final multi-night run in Tokyo. This show is highly notable for the dark, ominous atmosphere surrounding its improvisational movements, where Robert Fripp's avant-garde soundscapes evolve into tense industrial tapestries. The execution of “Larks' Tongues in Aspic: Part IV” is breathtaking in its mathematical rigidity and seamless rhythm interplay.

The King Crimson Collectors' Club: Live In Detroit, MI (November 13, 1971)
King CrimsonThe King Crimson Collectors' Club: Live In Detroit, MI (November 13, 1971)King CrimsonThe "Islands" Lineup at its PeakThis release captures the band at the height of their US tour supporting the “Islands” album. The Detroit show stands out for its fierce, almost garage-like rock energy. Due to onstage equipment challenges, the musicians perform with maximum aggression, pushing progressive rock into heavy, funky blues territory. Mel Collins’ unhinged saxophone work on “Cirkus” and the massive improvisational jam on “Groon” sound monumental. Even with minor archival tape flaws, it remains an essential piece of progressive rock history.

The King Crimson Collectors' Club: Stanley Warner Theatre, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (March 6, 1972)
King CrimsonThe King Crimson Collectors' Club: Stanley Warner Theatre, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (March 6, 1972)King CrimsonA staggering level of musical synergyThis double CD documents one of the final shows of this brief incarnation, recorded just weeks before their ultimate dissolution. The Pittsburgh performance showcases a staggering level of musical synergy, with the quartet locked into a telepathic groove. The core highlight is the melancholic transition from “Formentera Lady” into a thunderous “The Sailor's Tale,” featuring Fripp's most avant-garde, overdriven guitar solos. The soundboard audio is masterfully handled, that keeps Boz Burrell's vocals clean and articulate.

Mobile Suit Gundam Cucuruz Doan's Island [Limited Edition] (English Subtitles)AnimationVisually SpectacularMobile Suit Gundam: Cucuruz Doan's Island is a visually spectacular, must-watch gem for Universal Century fans, masterfully redeeming the original 1979 series. Directed by Yoshikazu Yasuhiko, the film expands a story of desertion and pacifism into a feature-length movie that perfectly balances nostalgia with emotional maturity. The animation seamlessly blends classic 2D character designs with brutal, dynamic 3D mecha combat. Its human-centric focus on the victims of war gives Cucuruz Doan’s redemption genuine emotional weight. A beautiful love letter to the original White Base crew. If you love Gundam, it is a must-watch.

"Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" Original SoundtrackAnimation Soundtrack (Music by Evan Call)Highly recommendedI am a big fan of Evan Call's music. Yet "Frieren - Beyond Journey's End" is in my opinion his best work so far. The full orchestra and choir pieces are breathtakingly beautiful. The use of many different instruments color the melodies in an exotic flair. And the vast variety and abundance of lyrical, whimsical as well as expressive themes create a really colorful suite with hardly any repetition. For people unfamiliar with this work, this music reminds me of Howard Shore's "Lord of the Rings" soundtracks, blended with a bit of Irish folk music (lots of Uilleann pipes), a hint of medieval music, and also some of John Williams' "Harry Potter" soundtracks as well as Hans Zimmer's "Gladiator" soundtrack come to mind, plus a few typical Evan Call whimsical motifs. If you like any of these soundtracks or musical genres, give "Frieren - Beyond Journey's End" a listen! This soundtrack is very easy to listen to, with many calming and peaceful melodies but also a few majestic, very stirring, exciting songs. With a total of 70 tracks on 2 CDs - 2 hours and 25 minutes of music - it will be a while until one gets bored of this soundtrack. There is just so much variety. Since there are a lot of really good songs, it is difficult to list favorites. "Zoltraak" is a fan favorite, but I find all of them good in one way or another, also the quieter songs are really enjoyable. Highly recommended!

New PANTY & STOCKING with GARTERBELT The Soundtrack [Limited Edition]Animation SoundtrackNew REVIEW with TEXTAnother banger soundtrack for another banger season! Filled with energetic tracks that'll get you pumping, as well as some slower tracks, bonuses/talk segments, and several track instrumentals. Just like the first, it has a heavy focus on electronic music, evoking many genres popular from the 90s to mid 2k. It also briefly touches on pop rock, and the epic-finale feel of cinematic BGM as well. Overall a nicely rounded listening experience, plus bonuses that hardcore fans of the series will enjoy.

No Jacket RequiredPhil CollinsBad Remaster 2016 Nich DavisThe 2016 remaster by Nick Davis is bad; the sound is too thin and sharp—a poor job that gives you a headache after just 10 minutes. !!!

After Hours (AFTER HOURS TIL DAWN COLLECTION)The WeekndNice album cover, worthy bonus trackAfter Hours has already proven its worth with the massive hit “Blinding Lights.” Now, it returns with an exclusive new cover design and a bonus track, “In Heaven (Live).” Need I say more? For any true Weeknd fan, the AFTER HOURS TIL DAWN COLLECTION is an absolute must-have.

Dawn FM (AFTER HOURS TIL DAWN COLLECTION)The WeekndTrue deluxe edition of Dawn FM"Take My Breath"-"Sacrifice"-"Out of Time"-"Is There Someone Else?"-"Less Than Zero" This five-track synthwave streak is an absolute sonic assault, melting my heart one beat at a time. The previous Dawn FM (Alternate World) edition offered only a handful of remixes and "Moth to a Flame". But this collection takes things to another level. It features the "Out of Time" version performed during the Asia tour, featuring Tomoko Aran, the original singer whose work inspired the song, while still retaining "Moth to a Flame" and adding "Closing Night" — the perfect track to bring the album to a close. This is what a true deluxe edition of Dawn FM should sound like. An upgrade in every sense.

The Idol (AFTER HOURS TIL DAWN COLLECTION)The WeekndThe originally intended version"Dancing in the Flames", originally planned for Hurry Up Tomorrow, was left off the final tracklist out of respect for the victims of the 2025 LA wildfires. Had it made the cut, the song could have given the album's second half a much-needed boost, provided it was placed in the right spot. I've always wondered where it was originally meant to fit into the tracklist, and this edition finally gives us an idea. Now, I'm starting to think this might be the originally intended version of Hurry Up Tomorrow Complete Edition.
